Dear sir,
I want to inquire my tax refund status.
I have started my first job in UK in the month of March,2007 and worked with that company upto May 2007 and during this whole period employer applied BR Code for my tax deductions and then i started second job in June 2007 and the new employer also applied BR CODE 2/3 months for tax deductions.MY EARNINGS DURING THE YEAR 2006 WERE LESS THAN THE TAX FREE THRESHOLD.
Now whether this extra tax deduction is refundable .If it is refundable what documents do i have to show for refund of tax. Whether any other tax refund can be claimed.one tax adviser told me that my whole paid tax can also be refunded.Is it possible ?what is the procedure.
